At Tasty Laddle, we're committed to providing high-quality kitchenware and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
Returns
The Product you received is damaged. The Product you received is not what you have ordered for. The product you received is different from the image
How Do I Return a Product?
Email us at syeda@tastyladdle.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch/refund of the faulty products depending on the damage will be initiated.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 Business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at syeda@tastyladle.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund. This information needs to be shared within 24 hours from the delivery date.
